Sales tax, ( VAT ) and other duties on our Yoga supplies

All the supplies of Yoga goods we make are liable to VAT.

Our retail checkout

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT in our retail catalogues, VAT is not added later at Checkout.

Wholesale Checkout

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT in our wholesale catalogue, but VAT is added at the applicable rate. at checkout.

If you are purchasing Yoga goods on behalf of a VAT registered businesses in the UK or on behalf of a tax registered businesses located outside the UK (but within the EU) – with a valid tax registration number, please consider shopping online from our wholesale catalogue, or contact us for an official VAT invoice.

For goods delivered within the UK

VAT registered businesses will be able to reclaim the VAT paid through normal accounting procedure.

Orders delivered outside the UK, to another EU destination

[Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, UK, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia],Romania, Bulgaria]

Local taxes and import duties would not normally arise for packages destined within the EU.

Supplies to non tax registered persons are treated as if they were located within the UK and so, are liable to VAT also.

EU Tax registered businesses, (who can supply a valid tax registration number) will be supplied at zero rate. In this case, we simply revise the sales invoice and make any adjustments, after calculating any additional shipping charges. The customer then should account for any tax due in their own tax jurisdiction.

• Hungary - Általános Forgalmi Adó (ÁFA)

• Luxembourg - Taxe sur la Valeur Ajoutée (TVA)
• Netherlands - Omzetbelasting (OB) Belasting over de Toegevoegde Waarde (BTW)
• Poland - Podatek od towarów i uslug
• Portugal - Imposto sobre o Valor Acrescentado (IVA)
• Romania - Tăxa pe valoarea adăugată
• Slovakia - Daň z přidanej hodnoty (DPH)
• Slovenia - Davek na dodano vrednost (DDV)
• Spain - Impuesto sobre el Valor Anadidio (IVA)
• Sweden - Mervardeskatt (MOMS)

Orders delivered outside the EU

(eg. Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Macedonia, Monaco, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Israel, Jersey, Switzerland and Vatican City State)

Supplies to any European country outside the EU, will be zero rated. We just revise the sales invoice and make any adjustments, after calculating any additional shipping charges.
