Small packets weigh under 2Kg, and are less than, (width and depth combined - 90cm, greatest single dimension - 60cm) in size or, (for a roll) the length plus twice diameter - 104cm and length less than - 90cm. So, (for example), a medium weight Yoga mat with one or two small/ light items such as bags or belts.
