Our priority handling and expediated delivery services (UK only)

Our priority handling and expediated delivery services are offered at a small premium to the standard delivery cost.

The availability and prices of our various enhanced delivery services appear at the Checkout. They provide Priority handling and Faster delivery aims that are better suited to more urgent orders.

Priority handling

If we receive your order and payment confirmation strictly before the Cut off time you can be sure that your order will be processed on the same day.

Cut off times

Monday to Friday: 3.00 p.m. ^*

Wednesday only: 11.00 a.m.^*

Working days are Monday to Friday only, (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are normally excepted)

Faster deliveries

For orders including services EXPND1RM, EXPND22RM, EXPND25RM, EXPND27RM or EXPND30RM

The aim is to deliver by the next working day, (including Saturdays) for most parts of the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. But if you're sending mail farther away, then it's more likely to be delivered after the next working day. These are not guaranteed delivery services. We recommend using a Guaranteed delivery service, if you need to be sure your item will arrive on time.

Guaranteed deliveries

If your order includes a Guaranteed delivery service then your order will be attempted to be delivered by the Guaranteed time, or you can claim your money back, in full.

The exact guarantee depends on the destination for the package:-

For orders with services EXPND01, EXPND02, EXPND04 or EXPND10

UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey deliveries are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm next Working Day.

Packages destined for remoter, outlying islands would be guaranteed to be delivered slightly later, see examples (below):-

Next working day by 5.30 p.m for Aberdeen, Inverness, Argyll, Lerwick (Shetlands) etc.

Two working days by 5.30 p.m for Herm, Sark, Lewis, Harris, Uist, Shetlands etc.

Three working days by 5.30 p.m. for Orkney, Eigg, Muck, Rhum, Canna etc.

For orders with services EXP2D10

Orders for the mainland are guaranteed to be delivered before 5.30 p.m. and within Two Working Days

This includes most addresses in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. If in doubt, please contact us.

Deliveries to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland (Postal codes V, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE) are guaranteed to be delivered before 5.30pm within Three Working Days

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee a delivery time to customers in the Channel Islands for some orders.
