Your delivery charges seem high - are they ?

Put simply, the cost to you in sending this item via a reputable, and reliable delivery service is about the same as the cost to us !

We have looked at the possibility of arranging for orders to be sent out via other, cheaper delivery services, to achieve up to an estimated 30% saving on this cost of delivery element.

BUT we also know that most of our customers want to receive the items they have paid for as soon as possible, (usually next working day for small packets).

We are generally very pleased with our delivery performance and are unlikely to change in this in the foreseeable future.

The charge for delivery advertised within each item listing on our online product catalogue is equivalent to the tariffs of the courier services we use.

We do not hide postage charges underneath inflated product prices.

We do not try to trick visitors either by underpricing for delivery and then marking up on product, or by using an inferior delivery service.

Why pay more and wait ?

Delivery (eg. Belgium): 20.00

VAT: 12.72

Basket total: £ 97.52

The total shipping is discounted for multiple items purchased - calculated and quoted as you proceed through Checkout. You will have a chance to cancel or to proceed to payments from there.

REMEMBER that your purchases are covered by our Guarantee so in the exceptionally rare event of a package going missing or getting damaged your insurance for compensation / replacement is included in the price you pay. So no hard luck stories either...
