The agreement is between YOGA NETWORK C.I.C. and you. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected by
these terms.

By using Web sites owned and operated by us, or otherwise by placing an order with us, either in writing or via email, telephone, fax,
or any other means you are agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions of Trading.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then you are not permitted to use our Web sites or order
any goods or services from us, in which case you should discontinue using our Web sites and contact us to arrange for any goods or 
services provided to be returned or cancelled promptly, and to claim any refund that may be due and payable to you.

Prices, descriptions and availability

We try to ensure that the prices on our Web site are accurate. However, occasional coding errors may occur.
Please note that we do not take responsibilty for typographical, pricing or other errors and we reserve 
the right not to process orders based on such errors. We also reserve the right
not to process orders for any other reasonable reason. Any errors will be advised
shortly after the time of ordering, so that you can choose whether or not to proceed
with the correct information.

Occasionally, due to variations beyond our control in the materials used,
batches of certain products may not be an exact colour match.

Products are generally not intended for resale although we do offer special,
larger group rate prices from time to time.

All goods and services offered are supplied subject to both revision and
availability - and at the price(s) shown at the time you order, which may change at
any time and without notice.

If an item is not in stock we will notify you promptly afterward and provide you 
with an option to wait until the item becomes available, a replacement of similar
value or partial or full cancellation and refund.

There will be no extra carriage charge for items that are out of stock and sent
separately.

Sales tax (VAT) and other duties

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT for wholesale orders. But, UK VAT is added at the
applicable rate at Checkout.

This is because Yoga goods supplied within the UK, to non VAT registered persons are liable for VAT.

Also, Yoga goods supplied outside the UK, (but within the EU), to non tax registered persons are treated
as if they were located within the UK and so, are liable to VAT.

VAT registered businesses in the UK will be able to reclaim the VAT paid
through the normal procedure.

Tax registered business within the EU who, can supply a valid tax
registration number - will be supplies goods at zero rate. We will revise the sales invoice
and and make adjustments, after calculating shipping charges. You, (the customer) will 
then have to account for any tax due in that jurisdiction.

Local taxes and import duties would not normally arise for packages destined within
the EU.

Orders destined to any European country outside the EU, will also be zero 
rated. We will revise the sales invoice and make adjustments, after calculating shipping
charges.

Non-EU-countries which VAT is zero rated: Norway, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Macedonia,
Monaco, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Israel, Jersey, Switzerland and Vatican City State

Our Guarantee

This Guarantee forms an integral part of these
General Terms and Conditions of Trading

General

You can claim your money back, in full - or if you prefer, a free,
partial or complete replacement within 30 days, on any items:- 

	-o- Faulty or damaged due to inherent manufacturing defects 

	-o- Damaged whilst in transit to you 

	-o- Lost before delivery to you

Delays

We offer the same level of protection for items delivered outside our delivery
service aims (late) for any orders sent under our our Guaranteed
delivery services only.

Exceptions

Our Guarantee does not apply after delivery of any item(s) that have been:-

	-o- Used contrary to any advice provided by us (misused)

	-o- Subjected to conditions including the action of sunlight or heat etc.

	-o- Spoilt by pets, insects, rust or similar

	-o- Lost or stolen

	-o- Rejected because they are no longer required for any reason, unless in
            the case of Delay (but see, above)

ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS MUST BE REPORTED
TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS, BEGINNING THE DAY AFTER THE DAY THE ORDER WAS
DELIVERED, (OR EXPECTED TO BE DELIVERED).

Suitability and unwanted gifts (Exchange of non-faulty goods)

In addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, and as an extension to
our Guarantee terms, we will also promise to give you your money back, in full,
in part - or if you prefer, a free, partial or complete replacement, on any unwanted
or unsuitable items for ANY reason WITHIN 30 DAYS PROVIDED you,
(the purchaser) agree to:-

	-o- Make all arrangements to return any the merchandise in original condition

	-o- Pay all additional handling costs incurred

	-o- Accept all liability for returning the items to us under the applicable
terms of carriage

Please note: missing, damaged or worn pieces, including badly
damaged packaging may incur a variable re-stocking fee which will be chargeable,
at our sole discretion and must be settled prior to any claim for a full refund,
or free replacement.

Please remember that your refund will not include delivery or other similar
costs, unless the return is our covered by our guarantee.

Cancellations and Refunds / Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel within fourteen days of our acceptance
of your order and claim a refund.

To cancel or return goods or services to us then please follow the instructions
our Returns Note on our Downloads section, which you can
find by following the Downloads link on our Web sites.

Please note: After fourteen days, beginning with the day after the day
on which the item is delivered - a full refund can only be claimed on goods or services
covered under our Guarantee.

Put simply, this means that after fourteen days you will be responsible for the
costs of returning any goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or
the item is faulty, damaged or lost entirely.

Thereafter, you may cancel an order at any time but you should be aware that you
will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by
us, (e.g. delivery) that may have already been provided by us at the time you cancel.

This applies to all of our products and services. However, we regret that we cannot
accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, and similar
products where the item has been unsealed.

earnings etc.) arising in relation to the use or otherwise of our Web sites or the
products and services that we may have agreed to supply to you.

All exercise activity contains an element of risk. The information provided by
YOGA NETWORK C.I.C. is intended to augment, rather than
replace guidance from a qualified instructor, health professional or any employer
health policy. The information is provided as is, without any claim, representation
or warranty as to its suitability in any circumstances.

Specifically, the information provided shall not constitute personal advice or
recommendation, and in any case may not necessarily reflect an authoritative
or our official view. The entire risk as to the accuracy, completeness and
suitability, or otherwise of any of the information provided is accepted by you.
We do not assert any legal responsibility for accuracy, errors, or omissions etc.

If you do experience symptoms such as persistent or recurring discomfort, pain or stiffness, do not ignore these signs, even if the symptoms occur when you are not actually doing Yoga. Some symptoms are associated sometimes with permanently disabling injuries or disorders of the nerves, muscles, tendons, or other parts of the body.

Our entire liability to you for compensation under these General Terms
and Conditions of Trading is limited to the amount you paid for the product or
service. No other compensation payments will be due or payable to the maximum extent
permitted under English law.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that your complaint cannot be settled with us directly
it may be referred to your local Citizens Advice Bureau or County Court for arbitration
within England and Wales.

Scope

This contract shall govern all goods and services supplied to you by us, and shall
be construed and interpreted in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of England and Wales.

Payment and ownership of goods

Ownership of the goods shall remain with us until payment in full has been received.
Failure to pay may result in interest being charged.
