Shock absorbent, high friction, extra wide vinyl mat is for stretching and exercises.
This Yoga mat gives you extra width to work on. If you like more width in your mat and don't mind a bit of extra weight then this is probably the mat for you! It is heavier (and longer when rolled up!) than standard mats - but it can be carried to a class quite easily.

on the outside) to ensure a safe working platform from the moment you start
However, if you want you can fold up a Yoga mat and fit it into a bag, but it may take a few
minutes for the creases to flatten out...
