Highly cushioned mat comfort mat - ideal for relaxation and therapy.
For low impact, gentle (relaxing) styles such as gentle or beginners Hatha yoga / Raja Yoga and Yoga for people with special needs / injuries etc. where comfort is the most important aspect.
At 15mm thick it offers the best support for both the spine and the knees.
Wipe clean with mild detergent or non-solvent (water-based) spray. Towel dry. Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid contact with sharp objects.
Leaving heavy objects on this mat or rolling it too tightly will leave permanent stress marks on the mat.
