Natural raw cork Yoga Brick
Used to provide firm, stable support in extended postures. Does not distort under full bodyweight, and - unlike wood - will not damage floors.
Made from Mediterranean cork oak. Cork is made from the stripped bark of the tree. A new tree takes 25 years before it can be stripped for the first time.
After that, it takes 7 to 10 years to rebuild its bark. A natural, sustainable, ecological material.
